One week till Christmas!!! Yay!!! But on a semi serious note have you thought about what you want to achieve in 2014?? By all means enjoy the "silly" season and relax, eat, be merry and all that. But also take time to write down any goals/aims/aspirations yon have. Come and discuss this with the coaches and we will try to help you put a plan in place. A): Strict Press 3 x 5 (Only add on 0.5kg-2.5kg t last time). NOTES: As always midline stability is crucial to the press. Brace, brace, brace! Really focus on squeezing everything from your toes right up thru to your diaphragm. Have the same load on your bar for all three working sets. Warm yourself up with 2-3 sets to get you going then jump in. Rest no more than 3 mins between sets. Enjoy. Get them shoulders on!! 🙂 B): Mobility time !! 25-30 Minutes of good honest mobbing. NOTES: Get to work on those pieces that have been niggling. If we don't keep on top of this then it escalates and before you know it you're a tacked down board of stiffness. Unfortunately the only things this leads to poor WOD performances and/or even worse, injury! Get after it peeps!
