- Carries are an important skill to train (yes its a skill. Everything is a skill!). By carrying heavy loads and carrying them for large distances you are linking together all the strengths you gain from your conventional barbell lifts. Just hold onto them long enough to make it suck and you're on the right track!!
- Think the weight is light? Go unbroken!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
