Strength WoD: "All The Single Barbells!"

For Load:

Strict Press 1 - 1 - 1 - 1

Push Press 1 - 1 - 1 - 1

Push Jerk 1 - 1 - 1 - 1

  • The trifecta of overhead lifting! Try to increase the weight on all 12 sets.
  • One raw strength move, two involving a key component to what we do - HIP EXTENSION! First lay the foundation on the strict move then tune in your hips & ensure your dip-drive is up to par & get that bar positively jumping off your shoulders!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
