- The trifecta of overhead lifting! Try to increase the weight on all 12 sets.
- One raw strength move, two involving a key component to what we do - HIP EXTENSION! First lay the foundation on the strict move then tune in your hips & ensure your dip-drive is up to par & get that bar positively jumping off your shoulders!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
