- Fitness comes in many forms. There's the complex & fancy stuff like Olympic lifting. There is the famous and sweat-tastic stuff like your benchmark WoDs like "Fran". Then is there is the simple stuff. The "just-get-on-with-it" kind of stuff. Today is your archetypal "Grunt" work.
- CrossFit Football founder (now known as "Power Athlete") once said "Training is like moving dirt - Some days you get a shovel, and other days you get a spoon but so long as you get to move a little dirt every day, you are moving towards your goal".
- Today hit the runs in a pace that makes you feel very uncomfortable. Then with the Dumbbells try to hold on as long as you possibly can before needing a break. They will start to feel hella heavy but dig deep and grit it out!!
- Let the fun begin!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
