- Big numbers. Big effort. Big outcome!!
- The number 7 is a gnarly number to hit. It blurs that fine line between absolute strength & strength endurance. This is what CrossFit does best. Blur those supposed lines out of the water.
- What we want here is some real gusto. Get after a number tasty scares you. Maybe e you look to your 5RM and see how you can go about making it a new 7RM!
- We also want to see your form points met with pristine outcomes. Your rack position NEEDS to be high. No if's buts or maybes. Generally we can always work harder for a better position here. Yes it can get uncomfortable BUT if you persist and work for every centimetre you can get then it will, in time, pay off.

- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
