   WoD: "Squeaky Clean"

Complete 3 Rounds For Time 

of:

15 Squat Cleans

30 Push-Ups

.

  • Smashing workout today! This one is purely designed to allow you to express your power output. You choose the weight on the barbell that is moderately heavy YET you can clear each set of 15 reps within 2 minutes. This will only be possible if you push yourself to rest minimally between reps.
  • Then on those push-ups. The volume can definitely creep up on you. Give yourself no more than 5-6 sets to get through. If this may be too much scale down the reps.
  • In any case you gotta push the pace today IF you want to feel the intended response.
  • Overall goal today is to choose a moderately heavy weight for the cleans that you still can complete in 2 mins or less each round. Overall, target 10-14 minutes.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
