Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes

of:

15 Left Arm Dumbbell Rows

15 Right Arm Dumbbell Rows

15 Metre Handstand Walk

Post-WoD Auxillary work:

3 Rounds for quality:

30 Banded Pull Aparts

30 Russian Twists

30 Second Bent-Knee Hollow Hold (add weight if able)
