For Loads:

Push Jerk

3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 1

Split Jerk 

3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 1

  • A new set lifted every 2 minutes.
  • 2 Mins rest between the push jerks & the splits.
  • Scale As needed.
