- Yesterday we went long, very long indeed. Today let's look to drastically cut the time down! Like right down!!
- This is one time through the small list of small reps at a pace you find very uncomfortable. There can bar a tendency in CrossFit workouts to move a little bit slower because its more comfortable to do so. Maybe yesterday's longer workout allowed for that but today does not. Today is three moves only being hit the one time each. PLOUGH your way through!!
- Your legs are being put to the test in a big way and you will need every ounce of stamina they can muster.
- Come out fighting ready to rumble!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
