- After the pure joy of yesterdays WoD we are sure you are chomping at the bit to get some weight in your hands. Well this one should do the trick!!
- The weight will have a three fold effect. It'll feel "moderate" during the carry. "Moderately heavy" during the lunges. And just plain ole "Heavy" in the Push Presses! Can you handle the discomfort and hold onto them in transition from the carries to the lunges, or from the lunges into the presses?? You don't actually have to, BUT can you even do it? What id we said "RX" was to go the first round unbroken?? Would that change your mindset?
- In any case we want you to find your groove and get a pace/weight that will allow for near continual movement for all 3 rounds. This means quick pitstops to shake the hands out and then get going again.
