- A play on the classic Air Force WoD we incorporate a couple different moves in here. The barbell is moderate at best. The intention is to move quickly & burn your way through the reps.
- The burpees begin at the start of the WoD. If you are in the middle of a repetition when the call is made finish that rep then move onto the burpees.
- Time is only called when you place the barbell back on the floor with your hands still on the bar (You need to bring it back around the front again).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
