- Today is a special day for Australia & New Zealand. Lets mark the day with a special Partner Version of a Special Hero WoD. This WoD, "Wood", honours a fallen Australian soldier (click here to see the original .com posting). Sergeant Wood was in fact from right here in Victoria.
- Today will do 10 rounds of this workout. One partner will complete a full round before swapping out to your mate. However you will BOTH RUN every time, TOGETHER!
- Work hard for each other, think about the bigger picture. This is far more than just a workout to get sweaty in.
- When the going gets tough lean on your mate for support, and when they need your support be sure to give it to them.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
