- Technical "Heavy Day" on the Rooftop!
- The Split Jerk is the method in which we will use to put the most amount of weight we can overhead (safely of course!). It takes a lot of precision & nifty footwork to get this movement down pat. Remember that you need a good solid dip-drive to get that bar moving up with your legs. At that point drive yourself back UNDER the bar with your arms!
- Be patient, stabilise before standing back up fully.
- We will work a new set every 2:00.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
