- BIG day of volume ahead!!
- What on the surface looks like a strict variation of the "Cindy" WoD it actually carries with it the potential to be a strict variation of the "Murph" WoD!
- The clock will run continuously but this is essentially five smaller AMRAPs bunched up together. The decreasing rep scheme is there to keep us moving and keep our power output consistent.
- Look to keep your movement standards legit. Hollow body in those pull ups. Whole head passing over the bar. Rigid body & belly on the push ups and make those air squats look like a new pair of trainers you just got from Footlocker! Sweeeeeet!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
