- We hope you have had an amazing year with us up on the Rooftop!! We have enjoyed seeing each & every one of you make some massive strides in your fitness journeys. So many new Personal Records. So much use of your fitness in the "outside world". And so much Community spirit it was positively overflowing off the rooftop!!
- We hope you have a wonderful few days relaxing with your loved ones. Eat all the food you want and enjoy yourselves.
- If you are after a session to hit out before the big feed hit this one up. Don't even bother turning the clock on. Just move, have fun, sweat a bit and then go about the rest of your day.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
