4 Rounds For Time:
400m Run
50 Air Squats
- No time cap. Get to a track, a park, the beach, whatever. Grab a buddy & get after some good hard yakka. Don't get tempted to add a weight vest or make this any harder, just go harder!
- Simply do this to best of your ability. Run as hard as you can & keep the squatting form on point. Weight in heels. Knees tracking toes. Get the hip crease to pass below the top of your knee (with a straight back!)
- Hold the standards. Form as always is the key.
- Modify as needed.
- Compare to 26/12/16.
