- Heavy Day on the ROD!!
- The Push Press is an amazing strength builder for the shoulders. By effectively using those hips to initiate the bar off of the front rack to begin with we can start to add more load (as compared to our strict pressing strength) to our overhead potential.
- The challenge here though is to NOT let those legs re-bend under the bar #noonelikesajerk
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
