- Ommph!!! The combination of running & thrusters is always a crows favourite, and why wouldn't it? You get to pound the streets of Melbourne town and then come up and bussss out some squatting & pressing!!
- The "Little Bourke Run" may be new to some of us. We don't use it as often as we should do. Essentially think of it as a "China Town Run" with a hill!! Enjoy that!!
- The lightweight thrusters are designed with the intentions of hitting each set in 2 efforts. Think about a 20/12 split on the round of 32 and you get the picture. Scale the weight down to meet this goal and you will get the best out of this workout!
- Now, go out and attack this one and make it an intense occasion.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
