2 Rounds, Each For Time:

- Time to blow off the cobwebs!! Each round is meant to be SPRINTED through. Think no-pacing, all-out push & grind. Absolutely unbroken on everything & GO GO GO!!
- You get 10 full minutes to rest after your first effort. If you believe you can go again after 4 or 5 mins then quite silly you have not pushed yourself hard enough! Make the change on the second go!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Quick reminder that we are open for some classes over this holiday period. We will be shut on the Public Holidays themselves but rest assured you can come in & get your WoD on on the other days. Check our social media or MindBody for full details.
