- Working in intervals allows us to push our intensity in the moment to a higher level. The work & rest concept is not new but it is effective! Work hard to get through your reps with great form & rest out whatever time remains in the 4-min window. You should be getting some rest! (Aim to get 90+ secs of rest each time).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
