WoD - "Hands-On Work"

Every 4 Minutes For 4 Rounds (16 mins),

Complete:

20 Deadlifts (60 / 40 kg)

15 Toes To Bar

10 Hang Power Cleans (60 / 40 kg)

  • Working in intervals allows us to push our intensity in the moment to a higher level. The work & rest concept is not new but it is effective! Work hard to get through your reps with great form & rest out whatever time remains in the 4-min window. You should be getting some rest! (Aim to get 90+ secs of rest each time).
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
