- Consistency. Thats what comes to mind when you look at this little doozy. Sure you could be forgiven for thinking that this is an out & out sprint but are really going to able to actually "sprint" 9-10 mins straight?? We think not. It's a physical impossibility.
- Instead we want you to look at today as a great way to train yourself to work at the same speed the whole way through. Please don't confuse this for us asking you to go slow. No no no. We want a harsh pace for sure but one that you can replicate in each & every round (without taking set rest periods after each round).
- We're talking hitting each round at the same time give or take. No place for first round heroes today!!
- **= some penalties will apply if you fall foul to some conditions (all will be revealed in the brief !!).
- Lets get after this one!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
