30 Deadlifts (100 / 70 kg)

A round of "Cindy" = 5 Pull Ups / 10 Push Ups / 15 Air Squats <

- Essentially this is a chipper for you to attack with verve.
- Hit the row hard but not so much that you fall off the erg at the end! Use this WoD as opportunity to test out whether to not you can go 5 rounds unbroken & do it fast! Those Deadlifts at the end may seem moderate in the practice beforehand but just you wait & see what it feels like after 1000m, & 150 gymnastics reps under your belt!
- Buckle up, its going to be a bumpy ride!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 15 min time cap. Scale as needed.
