- Come in wide eyed & bushy tailed for this one!! You gotta LOT to get done!!
- For those not sure, a "Tabata" protocol consists of you working for as many repetitions as possible in a 20 second time window. You then get 10 seconds of "Rest". Repeat this for 8 rounds and you have a full "Tabata" interval.
- Today you will go through FOUR of them! Yup 🙂
- The barbell gets lighter as you go to encourage more movement. The Wall Balls do not!
- Record every rep in every interval. We will score this classically by which we mean your score of each will officially be the LOWEST interval you hit. This should give you plenty of incentive to hit each one very very hard.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
