Hump Day!!!     A): Dead Lift 3 x 5. Heavier than before if possible, same load on all sets. Level 2*: Every minute on the minute for 5 mins of: 4 DL's @ 70-80% Notes: Good ol' Dead Lift. Now we're in the midst of the open, be sure to listen to the body. If you're not feeling that this weeks deads then don't try to best your last 3 x 5. On the form front keep the back super straight, keep the shins as VERTICAL as possible. Keep the bar close.   B): 1000m Row time trial. Notes: Lets cut to the chase here. How many of you reading this actually do the rowing sections?? If you are one of those few who keep saying "next time" or "not today", why not get your butt onto the Concept 2 and get after it?! Remember there is a need to pace slightly on a 1k. Don't gout too hard. That being said don't dawdle either. Look to better your PR. Have fun!   C): Mobility 30 mins. Notes: How did the pistols work out for you yesterday?? Ankles a bit tight? How are the calves after 14.1? You most likely have a couple of spots that are tender from last weekend and the beginning part of the week. Spend some good quality time getting after those bits.     *: Note that Level 2 is only for experienced CBD athletes. If unsure then ask the coach which one you should do today. Don't be offended if we tell you not to do level 2!
